Todriwa

A Minor Race native to the eponymous planet Todriwa (Kolire 2235). The species population is estimated at 12,000,000. They are a default client race of the Kolire.

Todriwa is a wet world with a dense atmosphere, supporting the Todriwa race in a state of proto-civilization at TL-0. The Kolire -- who now make up 70% of the planetary population -- are rulers essentially by default due to the great technological divide. It is unknown what the precise relationship between the two species is, but the Kolire have restricted the planet to outsiders. Whether to protect the Todriwa or monopolise their exploitation is as yet unknown.
