Thyshan Commonwealth

3697AD–3730AD. A defunct minor state of Halcyon Sector with its capital at Thysh (2513 Halcyon). It was formed by treaty in 3697AD with the stated aim improving the economic and social circumstances of its member worlds. Its greater objective, though, was of joining the Grand Ascendency as a distinct bloc and gaining free access to that states burgeoning markets and advanced technology. The Commonwealth ceased to exist with the arrival of the Voyagers in 3730AD, never having joined the Ascendency.
