Jarnac Carriers was in the Original 1981 Paranoia Press publication of the Vanguard Reaches, but was not noted in the Paranoia Press 1991 Online Updates by Chuck Kallenbach II (nor was the world, Jarnac, though the Jarnac Subsector still existed, moved to Subsector O, and presumably the concept of the "Jarnac Pashalic" (minus the "Pashalic" moniker) was transferred to the rimward Aslan colony in that subsector (i.e. the "Jarnac Aslan" of the Kyatulyare Vassal Colony in Jarnac Subsector).

Orthographically / linguistically, "Jarnac Carriers" might be rendered as "Khyarakh Carriers" by the Aslan mouth. These could be inferred to be the same company.
