The Krayl'luk non-Human minor race are said to be native to Afawahisa Sector, reference being “MegaTraveller Alien Races 2, Solomani and Aslan”. They are said to be vassals of the Tralyeaeawi, which means their homeworld must be listed as Tlaukhu bloc 3. Of the limited options on the Traveller Map -- bloc 3 worlds in Afawahisa -- Aokta (Afawahisa 0333) seems most fitting, having government type 6 (colony), millions of people, and a habitable environment.

Is it not possible that the Krayl'luk homeworld lies outside of the Hierate, but any Krayl'luk operating within the Aslan state - for reasons that would need to be explored - are considered to be vassals of the Tralyeaeawi / Tlaukhu bloc 3?
This might solve two issues - (a) it removes the need for an additional non-canon sophont species (the Little Cousins, with that really excellent name being what the Aslan call the Krayl'luk) and (b) it resolves an extant, mentioned-in-books species not actually originating on the only listed minor race homeworld in the sector.
