Mainworld Data[edit]
Sturray has a Routine Starport without shipyards, can perform Major repairs, and provides Unrefined fuel. The main world is roughly 11,200 kilometers in diameter, and is a Medium terrestrial (e.g. Venus). It has a methane/CO2 atmosphere which requires the use of oxygen tanks, but protective suits are not needed. The surface is roughly 90 percent surface water, which qualifies it as a Wet world world. The main world has a general population of 30, which qualifies it as a Low population world. The local government is characterized as Participating Democracy, with government by advice and consent of the citizen. Visitors may find the law moderately restrictive as personal concealable weapons are regulated or restricted by local authorities.
The starport is to the south of the northern polar landmass. Latitude and orbitat tilt currently give a 45 hour day and 5 hour night, with the sun rarely rising far above the horizon. The effect resembles dim red twilight. Half the population work in and around the dome, the rest run deep water dredges, refining plants, and supply hydrofoils.

World starport[edit]
Sturray has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld. The port is to the south of the northern polar landmass.
World technology level[edit]
Sturray possesses a Technology Level of TL–10 or TL-A in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land & Water: Grav belts and maturing gravcraft.
- Air: Greatly improved hybrid grav-aircraft.
- Space: Improved interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-1.
World government[edit]
Sturray is governed by a Participatory Democracy where eligible voters determine laws and policy. What determines an eligible voter varies. There may be smaller councils or regional bodies to write the policies voted on. Leadership of the government and all members of the bureaucracy are determined by voting population.
