Rasu Grand Assembly

The governing body of the obsessively totalitarian planet of Rasu.

Founded upon the True Work utopian movement of Antarean Vilani, the government of Rasu is a Charismatic Dictatorship enforcing what are known as the Assembled Orders.

While the Inspired Directors generally lead the population, there is a substantial democratic element as well: the population enthusiastically supports the Assembled Orders, and deviants are swiftly and proudly outed by their watchful neighbors.

During the 990s, the Grand Assembly was accused by Travellers of using psionics to peer into the minds of visitors, searching for Evil Thoughts. The planetary government strongly denied the charge.
