Quezon is a nonindustrial, pre-rich water world, which has 90% or more of its surface covered in an ocean of water.

  • As a nonindustrial world, it requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. The need to import most manufactured and high technology goods drives the price of these goods up in the open market.
  • It still lacks adequate population to expand its economy to a rich status.
  • Its economy is growing and living conditions are expected to rise in the near future barring outside forces.
  • It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Vandir Subsector of Crucis Margin Sector.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

World Starport (Sp)[edit]

Quezon has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
