A defunct nation once found in Empty Quarter Sector. It was a participant in the Nishhingh War.

This polity was based on the world of Kulloerr.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Nishhingh War was fought between the Great Alliance (including the Kulloerr Nation, the Kingdom of Uenkakh, and the Bond of Rik-tik) and the BloodUnion (a military alliance between the Stellar Republic of Cotan and Flange's StarCommand.)

As the BloodUnion tightened its grip on the Great Alliance's trade routes, the Alliance steadily weakened. Kulloerr Nation dropped out of the conflict in 636 after being bled dry on the battlefield, making a separate peace with the BloodUnion.
