History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Government[edit]
The colonial administration assigns positions to the twelve individuals who score highest on a bi-annual standardised test.
Economy[edit]
Kinuu's inhabitants engage in light industry and resource development but have little to trade. Unknown to most outsiders, the starport has reserves of unrefined fuel, acquired from sublight forays into the system interior, but the locals are resistant to sell it due to the difficulty they endured obtaining it.
