Clan Khotoa'ya is an Aslan clan residing outside of the Aslan Hierate.

Description

A mining clan, they are one of several non-Hierate clans on the balkanised world of Aosewa. Khotoa'ya has survey teams scouring the alpha quadrant of Reaver's Deep Sector in search of new mineral deposits.
