The Infaerrgeng was a Vargr organization active in Corridor Sector towards the end of the -2400s. They were among the first Vargr to interact politically with Vilani.

History & Background (Dossier)

The founder of the Infaerrgeng is believed by many to have been Oeghtaerr Khalroz. She was a wily combatant and unpredictable strategist, revered for her ability to win seemingly impossible battles. However, she also had a tendency to go 'lone wolf', executing plans without the prior knowledge of her pack.

The Infaerrgeng was hired to provide mercenaries by Tazzik Kuluunaddar, who was the Vilani governor of the Provence and Corridor Sectors towards the end of the -2400s. The group had been raiding small outposts for equipment prior to the engagement. They helped Tazzik Kuluunaddar in an attempt to gain power in the Ziru Sirka, and when this failed they returned home. They were back the following year not as allies but as raiders. Their success was so great that they contributed to the start of the Vargr Pillaging that lasted until about -1700.

The pack itself broke up after the death of the original leadership -- the potential for easy wealth was too much for the younger replacements to need to hold the Infaerrgeng together.
