Gedro Petal is a spice derived from the a plant grown on Smoug in hydroponic towers.
Chopped fleshy petals can be added to foodstuffs to add a strong "umami" flavor.
The dried, powdered petals can be inhaled via the nose, with mild narcotic effects. Gedro Petal is illegal on some worlds. Some users refer to it as fairy snuff.
