Free Trader's Enterprise

A quasi-governmental corsair organization active within Gvurrdon Sector.

The Free Trader's Enterprise (Ghongdhou Kuezgho) was formed in 1063 by two corsair bands in Ongvos Subsector. These bands had bases on Tarraekhs and Llaegh, though they never raided these worlds, instead preying on outsiders. Over time the corsairs became respected by many of the locals. The alliance between the two groups, named the Free Trader's Enterprise, eventually seized control of the planets, a move that was welcomed by most citizens.

Much of the Enterprise's finances come from sanctioned raiding. Unsurprisingly, this policy has made them unpopular with nearby governments.

Relations With Other Corsairs

The Ongkae band operating out of a base on Zaerrg have become competitors to the Free Trader's Enterprise. Conversely, the Dhangfa based on Ksaghae choose to avoid conflict and hunt elsewhere.
