Enlil Igsiirdi Shiishuginsa

Duke Enlil Igsiirdi Shiishuginsa of Vland is the Sector Duke of Vland, and a prominent member of the Shiishuginsa family.

Duke Shiishuginsa is a close friend and confidante of Emperor Strephon, and spends about half of each year at Capital to be on hand should the Emperor need advice on Vilani affairs.
