The Ausikhahear were forced out of the Aslan Hierate during the Cultural Purge, having been judged deviant due to their adoption of Human customs.

The males of this clan have picked up an unusual Human habit -- that of gambling. Aslan males typically have no experience with currency, but the males of Ausikhahear know enough to throw it away on wagers and gaming tables. Fortunately, gambling interests on Ausikhahear worlds are generally run by clan females, so the money generally stays within the clan.

The capital of clan Ausikhahear is at Irekhal (Dark Nebula 1508). They also control the worlds of Tahwyafe, Ewuia, and Iopfen.
