History & Background (Dossier)

The Cirque des Sirkas was born out of the mind of Fifth Frontier War veteran Andii Houke, who had a dream of building a travelling circus based out of a starship. With the aid of several nobles, some megacorporation allies, and several Imperial Navy contacts, Andii's dream became a reality and the Cirque des Sirkas makes a regular circuit through the Spinward Marches Sector and sometimes beyond the Marches.
