Nyola is a lovely garden-world colony, but its development in the past has been hampered by the difficulty of gettint to it without a J-3 ship; the only J-2 route comes down from coreward through Nirel or Athenae. That same inaccessability has also been a selling point, however, for colonists looking for a nice quiet home unlikely to be bothered by Reavers. Nyola doesn't get much interstellar commerce, but gets along fairly well on its own.
