Colonized by Warinir (Daibei 0507) in 2388 AD, during the Rule of Man. Later settlements created a world of mixed Terran and Vilani heritage. Has been at various times throughout its history an independent world, a member world of the Grand Republic of Warinir, a world in rebellion against the Grand Republic of Warinir, and a world under military occupation by the Grand Republic of Warinir. Has been through this cycle at least twice as the power of Warinir waxed and waned through the centuries.

The original name of this world was Kiiliinir; the world was renamed Kylian when in rebellion, in defiance of Warinir's Vilani-supremicist policies. During times when Warinir has been back in control of this world, the original name has been restored for official use.
