The Asteroid Racing Association Building is the flashiest building on the South Pole Spaceport - it is clearly visible for miles as it is covered in gold-leaf and lit by dazzling spotlights.
The building tops the mountain of, and thus overlooks the Yacht Harbour and its entrance dominates the main commercial plaza there.
