Assembly Yards[edit]
Only four worlds have the capacity to operate shipyards (listed below). Both New Earth and Sapphire are limited in the size of vessels constructed by the need for those vessels hulls to be constructed on the surface of the planet. Both The Belt and Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex have the ability to construct/assemble in micro-G.

Over 2/3 of all powerplants are constructed at the Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex
Manoeuvre Drives[edit]
There are only 3 major manufacturers of Manoeuvre Drives in the belt, four on New Earth and one in the Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex. The manufacturers on New Earth tend to specialise in drives for their indigenous navies. Sapphire has never manufactured its own Manoeuvre Drives.
Life Support Systems[edit]
There are a wide variety of Life Support Systems manufacturers on many planets. Many of these are relatively small. The greatest volume are supplied from New Earth, Poseidon and The Belt. Ares manufactures a number of specialist systems for hostile, high-temperature environments. East Sapphire creates specialist biomes for enclosed environments.
