BAM-21 Grad class MLRS 6x6 Wheeled Truck (TECH LEVEL 7)

Based on the chassis of the BAM-21 Grad class MLRS 6x6 Wheeled Truck, TL-7: This is a family of amphibious Wheeled Vehicles, the prime version was a commercial heavy cargo hauler built on Wiggins (world) with commonly available off the shelf technology. They are used in the Wiggins Regency Motor Rifle Regiments. They are sealed for amphibious operations but do not provide counter measures for NBC/CBR environments. These vehicles are expensive assets and are heavier because they are packed with 12cm long range artillery rockets. As a result they suffer suspension troubles. Their higher ground pressure puts a strain on the wheeled suspension which requires extra maintenance. They use an air breathing power plant and as a result can not maneuver in the absence of an atmosphere. They carry two crew a driver, and a gunner/commander.

Weapons:

It mounts a 12cm MRLS with 40 tubes in an open mount turntable on the chassis deck. The weapon requires 5.25 turns to set up for indirect fire missions. It has a +3 signature and has -2 accuracy up to half range and -6 accuracy to maximum range. The weapon fires 80kg rockets and carries 40 rockets loaded and ready to fire. It is fitted with an autoloader and has storage for 120 additional rockets for a total of four fire missions before external reloading is required from associated ordnance support vehicles. The rockets are fitted with HE 19/3/3 warheads. Other variant rocket warheads are under development. The weapon is procured with 160 long range rockets included in the purchase price.

There is storage for 800 rounds, enough for 20 fire phases. The weapon has +2 signature when it fires and can engage 4 targets. It is pintel mounted on the forward chassis deck over the gunner's hatch.
