Note that the T5SS has moved Andwella from its old Paranoia Press published location of Vanguard Reaches 0907 (currently Dlieblafia - TL13), to Vanguard Reaches 1002 (TL11).

The original Andwella was TL17, according to Paranoia Press (which has been retconned under T5SS). One way to do homage to the original description is to presume that the technology on Andwella gets the T5 "Alt-" descriptor, implying that it uses a radically different approach to achieve the same effects as similar Imperial technology of the same TL.
