Altmac is a cocktail with four different alcoholic beverages and one non-alcoholic mixer. The drink is common in the Massilia/Zarushagaar area. Served in a large glass, this drink is a transparent blue, contains carbonic acid and is, despite its high alcoholic percentage, quite refreshing.
