The Alrescha star system (otherwise known as Alpha Piscium or Kaitain) is a binary pair of two bluish-white main sequence stars of spectral classes A0 and A3 respectively.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
Alrescha B orbits Alrescha A at an average distance of 120AU, varying from 50AU at periastron to 190AU at apastron. The resulting orbital period is about 700 years.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Alrescha star system lies approximately 46.2 pc from Terra, and is located in a Spinward/Spinrimward direction from Terra at bearing 155.4o Galactic Longitude and -55.6o South Galactic Latitude.
