History & Background (Dossier)

The government of Wagnild -- then called Lombardi -- engaged in human genetic experiments which eventually proved to have many negative side effects. Difficulties in dealing with or accepting the "artificials" (as they were called by the locals) lead many "naturals" (another local term) to relocate to nearby Kirsch (Daibei 2145).

World Starport (Sp)

Wagnild has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which features amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.

World Languages

• Core Anglic: One of principal dialects of one of the two official languages of the Third Imperium. Daibei's Core Anglic is also influenced by Rim Anglic.
• Vilani: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
