A specialist officer position in the Zhodani Consulate military. The term translates from Zdetl as "provider of comfort to the enemy". These officers are part diplomat, part security expert, and part psionic intelligence-gatherer. Their primary role is to encourage pro-Zhodani sentiment by ensuring that released captives speak of their humane and pleasant treatment by Consulate forces. They also carefully extract information from their charges.
