One of the beverages from Earth, only really coming into mass production in the last 100 years. It took a long time for a palatable brew to be found (due to the local soil's interaction with the berry formation) and the manual nature of the picking process discouraged early plantations for labour-availability reasons. This gave a number of unconventional, niche approaches time to establish themselves in the market.
