Zeen is a poor, non-industrial Imperial world located on the Sabinar Main in Inar Subsector of Deneb Sector. The mainworld's population is almost entirely Droyne. While they are not particularly outgoing, they are shrewd traders and many wide-ranging Droyne merchant starships call Zeen their home. The system contains a Scout Base.

The mainworld is a hot, medium-sized planet one orbit inward from the habitable zone, with one moon. Two tectonic plates cause earthquakes and large-scale volcanic eruptions, resulting in the recent destruction of Zeen’s primary starport and much of their primary city’s infrastructure.

The Droyne of Zeen are often used to illustrate the constancy of Droyne culture: they have been shown to have remained at a Tech Level approximating level 4 for over 10,000 years, with neither lapse nor advancement over most of that time.

The Kirissukyoya of Giikusu (Deneb 2316), a Minor Race native to Deneb, were saved from extinction by Droyne from Zeen.
