Libert, subsector B of Diaspora has 33 worlds, of which 30 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 38 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are five High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, ten Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, 11 Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and seven Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are three Rich (Ri) worlds versus four Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, no Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, five Poor (Po) worlds, seven Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are two Naval bases in the subsector, one Scout base, and no Way stations. In Libert there is one race homeworld. The Imperial nobility includes 33 Knights, two Baronets, five Barons, three Marquises, four Viscounts, five Counts, one Duke, and one Subsector Duke. The highest population world is Zeeland (Diaspora 1602). The highest tech level is F at Khunan (Diaspora 1104), Libert (Diaspora 1109), Ridge (Diaspora 1210), and Talca (Diaspora 1407). The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 12).
