Noir Deep, subsector C of Ley has 7 worlds, of which 7 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 78 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There is one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, six Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are no Rich (Ri) worlds versus no Industrial (In) worlds. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, one Poor (Po) world, one Vacuum (Va) world, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world. There are no Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. In Noir Deep there is one race homeworld. The Imperial nobility includes seven Knights, no Baronets, two Barons, no Marquises, no Viscounts, one Count, and no Dukes. The highest population world is Damzi (Ley 1703). The highest tech level is A at Gudkir (Ley 1701). The average technology level is 7 (with most between 5 and 8).
