Orometi

The main spoken language of the Protectorate, the language the Empire and a common language throughout the coreward-spinward quadrant of Far Home Sector. It is derived from Bengali, Urdu and other south asian languages widely spoken within the First Confederation. It has a large number of Old High Anglic inclusions and local words and phrases. Its name comes from Oromet (2710 Far Home), which has the highest number of native speakers.
