Second Rissa War

5360AD–5365AD. Part of the Late War period of the Scybrian Wars. A bloody conflict between the Scybrian Polyarchy and the Firstworlds.

Firstworlds mismanagement, disaster, lose ground. Scybrian victory and occupation of the Rissa Gateway. General retreat. Scybrian raids on Tal Varisa. Scybria, with vast numbers of troops committed to the Occupation, decides to withdraw to defensible Rissa. It institutes a “scorched earth” policy, destroying defences, facilities and infrastructure as it pulls back. The Firstworlds reoccupies the worlds but the war turns into little more than naval skirmishing, bombing, and occasional surface raids.
