Subsector A of Halcyon Sector. Bolid subsector contains 13 systems with a total population of 34.07 million Sophonts, and is named for the primary of the Bolid system (0205 Halcyon). The subsector lies on the edge of the Moat Rifts and many of its spinward systems are not accessible to conventional jump-2 vessels.
