First Rissa War

5323AD–5335AD. A conflict fought between the Scybrian Polyarchy and the Firstworlds over trade rights along the Scybrian Run star lane. Part of the Mid War period of the Scybrian Wars. The Firstworlds began aggressive customs searches of vessels crossing the Rissa Gateway, ultimately resulting in the destruction of a number of Scybrian merchant ships that refused to comply. Scybrian naval forces began escort missions and very quickly the situation devolved into a full-scale naval war.

Scybria launched an assault and overran a number of worlds in the Rissa Gateway, including Rissa itself, and occupied two systems in Far Home sector. The experienced Scybrian forces did serious damage, though they faced a near fanatical defense from the isolated outposts Firstworld troops. The conflict was ended by the
