The Krayl'luk (a non-human minor race of Hierate vassals) are said to be native to Afawahisa; reference is "MegaTraveller Aliens Vol 2, Solomani and Aslan".
Since they're said to be vassals of the Tralyeaeawi-- bloc 3 -' their homeworld can be whittled down to a few options. I'd suggest Aokta (0333), as it has government type 6, millions of people, and general habitability.
