Spica Sector/meta

It was later further refined by Clay Bush of the HIWG.
Traveller author and fan Leroy W. L. Guatney developed many materials for this sector, at his fan site called the Federation Development Agency, which have not been declared canon to date.

In 1984, the Classic Traveller Atlas of the Imperium was published.
In 1986, Classic Traveller Hivers (Alien Module) was published.
In 1988 a Spica Sector sector was announced by Wrekt Enterprises and advertised in Challenge 33 but never reached release.
In 1990, MegaTraveller Alien - Vilani & Vargr was published.
In 1991, MegaTraveller Alien - Solomani & Aslan was published.

As of Summer 2017, this sector is slowly programmed into the Traveller RPG Wiki.
It has been T5 Second Survey reviewed and updated to T5 standards.

Spica sector was the subject of a complete refurbishment by Spica Publishing Ltd.

This project originally had the approval of Marc Miller, and a Spica Sector EPIC Sourcebook was to have been published in due course. However, the advent of Mongoose Traveller changed everything, and all bets on the OTU were off. Luckily, one man and his fanzine, Flynn of Stellar Reaches, talked to Mongoose and ensured that "free stuff", even if it was set in the OTU, was ok by them.
