The types and organization of Vargr Forces vary widely, and there is no standardized model; all comments about particular Vargr Forces should be addressed on an individual polity-by-polity basis.

(Note: The rank names in the accompanying tables are common Galanglic renderings, but the actual Vargr-language terms may vary widely based on individual worlds' and polities' cultures and traditions. As a result, most Imperial observers use familiar ranks names and terms such as those in the accompanying tables to render approximately corresponding Vargr rank-levels).
