Gvaek is a dialect belonging to a supra-language grouping of dialects within the Arrghoun Language Family of Vargr Languages found in the overlapping regions at the meeting of the Gvegh and Aekhu cultural regions. The Gvaeg-Aek group includes various dialects closely related to both the Gvegh dialects and the Aekhu dialects, including:
