I don't understand why this template doesn't work -- and doesn't show up in the list of templates. Has it been depreciated?

The template (was) broken. It's been fixed (a little). It still needs to be added to the template page, but should show up in the template categories. Tjoneslo (talk) 08:58, 14 October 2013 (EDT)
