Andalusia has a tainted, unbreatheable atmosphere and little available surface water. The system supports a population of fewer than 10,000 sophonts. The world is tropical with a hot, though still habitable, climate at the upper limits of human comfort. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Mimu Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Andalusia, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Edir.

Astrography and planetology

Andalusia is a world with only one thing in its favour, it has water present on the surface, if it was not for that fact and the absence of any other sources of fuel in the system then this world would most likely be uninhabited.

The naval base hosts elements of the 5th Fleet.

Andalusia has a solitary primary star.

History and background

The entire population live and work at the starport leaving the rest of the world an uninhabited wasteland covered in thick jungle filled only by the numerous venomous animals native to Andalusia.
