I've tidied up what was there, to reduce the levels of subheadings. Not sure if this is the appropriate level of detail, so I haven't changed content.
- I think we also wanted to remove the "Book 1 Characters & Combat (Book)" part of every header too.

I wasn't going to do that until agreement was reached, at the moment I understood that you were still asking for comments on the suggestion, until agreement is confirmed I have been leaving things as they are.
