Description[edit]
Qiknavrats were the inhabitants of Qiknavra, one of the two major continents on Zhdant. After the Final War, most of the remaining humans developed their society on Dleqiats, the other major landmass.
History[edit]
In -8540 Zhodani explorers crossed the open sea for the first time to the new continent, only to discover it was inhabited by Chirpers. These Qiknavrats opened trade with the Zhodani, including the teaching of psionics to humans. This interchange brought forth the first industrial revolution on Zhdant.
The Qiknavrats died out by -7948 after the contact with the Viepchaklts, the chirper population on Viepchakl, the Zhdant moon. It is theorized that some biological weapon system from the Final War got misdirected and was activated by contact beween the two Chirper populations. This plague also killed two-thirds of the human population on Zhdant.
