A Minor Race native to Hillayag (Muarne 3013). Jump-capable, they control a pocket empire known as the Hillayag Federation, which is in contact with local Human and Hiver factions.
Llayag are adapted to harsh desert conditions, and ironically tend to settle garden worlds rather half-heartedly.
The race's early starfaring efforts benefitted from their world's position on a major main.
