A Minor Race native to Ca Ki Asoon (Lancask 1815).
The Asoon are believed to be a regressed species; they are currently at TL-2 but their government and social order suggest that they were previously more technologically advanced. Their authoritarian, paramilitary leadership may be the remnant of an emergency martial government in response to some long-prior crisis.
The ruins of what might be a former starport lend credence to this theory.
There are 900,000,000 Asoon on Ca Ki Asoon.
