Lexicon[edit]
• -ik: Suffix meaning something akin to "troops", "men-at-arms", "military units"
• Keeshik: Regular troops of the Kartuk armed forces
• Shalik: Milita troops raised from conquered peoples on neighbouring Vahjdi.
• Talak: "Grey Death"; name given by the earliest settlers to their new homeworld
• Talakchi: "Grey Death Legion", an elite military unit
• Yurik: Elite troops
