Haladon is a high-population, pre-rich garden world with a billion or more sophonts in population size, and a near-ideal utopian environment conducive to most sophonts, but still lacks adequate population to expand its economy to a rich status.

It is the capital of the Haladon Cooperative in the Cabala Subsector of Far Frontiers Sector.

Haladon is a high population, pre-rich, garden world, functioning as the capital of small regional polity (known as the eponymous Haladon Cooperative), and is designated as an Amber Zone puzzle world. At TL-12, this is one of the most advanced and important worlds in the Cabala Subsector of the Far Frontiers Sector. One of the reasons for its designation as an Amber Zone is its extremely restrictive Law Level.
