The Standard Tool Kit contains most of the basic tools and consumables for the task at hand. The kit comes in a standard sized case or backpack which can be carried as a pack, in hand, or attached to another pack.

Lower technology kits might contain more primitive or simplistic tools, while more advanced kits might contain sophisticated items such as gravitic rebalancers.
