| + | :: Well, the wiki entry states that the '''naval base''' at Shuka Gipdim controls Khikaba. This partly goes to the old canard of "does the UWP population include things like starport personnel or military bases?" But either way, I think an Imperial naval force should be sufficient to keep Khikaba in line. And I'm not sure how deliberate this change really was -- the last T5SS revision seemed to use the {{Importance}} stat in a pretty indiscriminate way to determine world owners and subsector capitals. It's not a bad approach in the absence of other information, but {{Importance}} is so coarse a metric I'm not sure it's worth over-writing canon. Revision as of 19:09, 29 December 2014
The T5 Second Survey data does not match the Travellers Digest accounts; the world is not listed as under military rule, and control is out of Biaz Ven (Lishun 0530) rather than Shuka Gipdim (Lishun 0728 A370575-E).
