At 10,000 tons it appears to be a little light for a heavy cruiser. Ship Types have heavy cruisers coming in at 50,000-100,000 tons. 10,000 tons is more in line with a light cruiser. Jmattera (talk) 20:30, 29 June 2014 (EDT)
