Cargonaut Press was founded by John Paul Sanders 2000 to publish the lost supplements by the Keith Brothers.
Paul Sanders of Cargonaut Press bought a copy of the novel The Force of Destiny and offered to publish it, agreeing to supply the author Dale Kemper with 200 copies of the book in payment. The 200 copies of the book were never forthcoming (“lost in the mail” according to Sanders) transforming the Cargonaut Press edition into an unauthorized pirate edition.
In August 2005, John shut down the Cargonaut website, announcing his retirement from Traveller and gaming.
